　　观众和媒体对于本季的关注，几乎全都放在Morgan Jones（Lennie James）这个角色身上——毕竟这个角色起到桥接该剧和母剧《行尸走肉》（The Walking Dead）的重要作用，也是《行尸走肉》和《行尸危途》开播以来第一次出现情节交叉的情况。因为《行尸危途》的故事时间要比《行尸走肉》早很多，因此观众在《行尸危途》中看到的Morgan是「过去的Morgan」——《行尸走肉》首集中的Morgan，甚至更早。在遇到Rick等人之前，Morgan有过另外的朋友、另外的敌人和另外的威胁。
