Steven Robertson饰演Ian，Jillian及Tom的隔壁邻居，他是个无先入之见的心理学研究生，Ian与主角们一同感受了那神秘门后的奇异经历。Steven Weber饰演Jillian的心理治疗师Abel Carnacki，Jillian的长期倾诉者，因此Abel理解她的真正问题。安静﹑节制，称得上「冷面」的他有时会触怒Jillian，尤其是她试图解释地下室那神秘的门时。
