◎简　　介

　　七年前，日本驻英领事馆发生了一起致命性的中毒事件，而唯一的幸存者也被国际犯罪组织劫走。出于政治原因，日本政府决定将此事隐瞒了下来。 七年后，前国际犯罪情报事务局理事马克·刘来到日本追查犯罪组织头目渡鸦的踪迹。东京警视厅派出特别干员杉下右京及冠城亘前往协助。然而，警方的第一个线人很快就被一个神秘的黑衣男子杀害。不久后犯罪组织入侵了外交部的官方网，并放出一段录像，在录像中的正是七年前失踪的幸存者，鹭泽瑛里佳。组织向日本政府索要9亿日元，并扬言如果不服从要求，数百万人将会见证日本的毁灭……
