◎简　　介

　　埃文（艾迪·墨菲 Eddie Murphy 饰）是公司的财务总监，在职场上叱咤风云的他在家庭中却屡遭挫折。由于常年来对家庭的忽视，忍无可忍的妻子洛瑞（瓦妮萨·威廉姆斯 Vanessa Williams 饰）选择了离开，埃文反复承诺会每天分出时间来照顾家庭，这才保住了女儿奥利瓦（雅拉·莎希迪 Yara Shahidi 饰）的抚养权。然而，随着时间的流逝，承诺的力量越来越弱，当埃文在家里也开始摆弄他的手机时，奥利瓦隐隐明白旧事将要重演。
