　　詹姆斯（麦考利·卡尔金 Macaulay Culkin饰）和希瑟（阿丽西丝·泽纳 Alexis Dziena饰），一对二十岁出头的年轻夫妇。婚后不久，他们的生活就亮起了红灯。希瑟强势又霸道，她总是习惯按照自己的方式解决问题，甚至连詹姆斯的工作也要插手。可事与愿违的是，詹姆斯非但不领情，反而觉得被希瑟控制得透不过气来。
