奥利弗是一位怀才不遇的歌手，女儿安娜贝尔相信魔法，暗暗企求仙女的帮助。谁知求来的却是魔法不精的仙童莫瑞，尽管莫瑞热心助人，却总是弄巧成拙，他不仅把自己和安娜贝尔送到了千里之外的蛮荒之地，还把准备试唱的奥利弗变成了一座塑像。
偏偏被仙女协会开除的魔女克劳迪亚也来捣乱，为了实现独霸天下的野心，她收缴所有魔棍，当她发现唯一流落在外的魔棍握在莫瑞之手，便发起了疯狂的进攻。被魔女困住的莫瑞和安娜贝尔利用智慧逃出了魔掌，并解救了被克劳迪亚陷害的仙女首领。当他们终于赶到奥利弗化成的塑像前，最好的恢复时机已经错过了……
